Role and responsibilities:
- Ensure the business-critical projects in the company are carried out and delivered in an efficient and sustainable way
- Facilitating the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical/operational/organizational feasibility
- To engage internal and external stakeholders in such projects throughout the whole project phases with clear tracking and monitoring of project progress, performance, risk analysis, etc.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company’s operational processes
Key success factors:
- Proven track record and strong experience in the management and delivery of multi-functional, cross-border projects in a fast-developing environment
- Data-driven and with strong analytical skills
- Strong multicultural communication and leadership skills
- Always have the big picture in mind, while accurately handling the details
- Very fluent in English in all work-related aspects
- Swedish and Finnish language skills are a big plus
